completely satisfied with your order, you may exchange the merchandise or return it for a full refund.

If you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase, you may feel free to return it for a full refund or exchange within 6 months.
Every Bidcrafts (Herrschners) order will arrive with an itemized invoice. To return or exchange any or all of the
items from your order, complete the return instructions on the backside of this invoice and either
affix the return label or mail to:

Order Status and My Bids/Account
Our site provides an online account for all of our customers, titled
'My Bids/Account', that provides a summary of all
your bids and personal information. This includes all past and present bids, as well
as the ability to edit your Address Book and change your email subscription preferences.
This online account information is not shared with any outside companies.
International Orders
Our apologies, but currently only Canadian residents are able to bid on items found on
this auction site. Please note all winnings shipped to a Canadian address will be
assessed an additional $10 handling charge.
